It is a romantic comedy based in London, in the sixteenth century.
It begins when William Shakespeare, a young writer suffers a mental block, and he is unable to complete the play. First, "feels a strange love" of a girl, but he discovers that she is a prostitute. He loses the mind again, but he falls in love of Lady Viola de Lessex, when she was dressed as a man in Romeo and Ethel to be able to interpret (womans couldn't interpret).
Viola had to marry a poor aristrocat, but in the wedding day runs off to see the act.
The act was perfect and the passion of the Will with Viola continues, and at last they could be togheter and she could participate in different acts.
So finally all was perfect and they live in a clawd.!
